What you are booking
The Alignment Session is a standalone, 90-minute private Zoom coaching session, priced at £195 and payable in full when booking. Any valid discount is shown before payment. There is no obligation to purchase further coaching. Bring your completed Missing Map Audit and a situation you want to explore. The booking confirmation gives your appointment details and joining information.

The Sovereign Gentleman Programme comprises eight private sessions of 60–90 minutes over approximately 10–12 weeks, priced at £1,500. Its start date, payment arrangements and programme-specific terms are agreed in writing before purchase. Bespoke work is scoped and priced in writing before commitment. The appointment policy below applies to individual Alignment Sessions; any programme cancellation arrangements must be supplied separately before purchase and cannot remove statutory rights.

The nature of coaching
Coaching supports reflection, decisions and practical action. It is not psychotherapy, trauma treatment, medical care, legal advice or regulated financial advice. No particular personal or business outcome is guaranteed. Patrick will provide the agreed service with reasonable care and skill. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Attending your session
Please book at least 48 hours ahead and check the time zone shown at checkout. Sessions use Zoom, so you need a suitable device and internet connection. If you have access requirements or difficulty joining, contact Patrick. If a technical problem prevents delivery, contact Patrick promptly so an appropriate remedy, such as rearranging the affected session, can be agreed.

Cancelling or rescheduling an Alignment Session
With at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled start, you may cancel for a full refund or reschedule without charge. Use your booking link or email Patrick. With less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you miss the session, a charge may be retained up to the actual loss caused by the cancellation. Costs saved and any income from rebooking the slot will be taken into account; any remaining balance will be refunded. Email Patrick if online cancellation has closed.

If Patrick cancels, you may choose a full refund or an alternative appointment. Refunds are returned to the original payment method without an additional refund fee. For the contractual 48-hour policy, refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation being agreed. Statutory cancellation refunds follow the deadline below.

Your 14-day consumer cancellation right
If you book as a consumer online or at a distance, you normally have the right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day the contract is made. Tell Patrick clearly by email or post using the contact details above before the period expires. You may use the model form below, but it is not compulsory. This statutory right takes precedence over the 48-hour policy while it applies.

If you cancel under this right, payments are refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after Patrick is informed of your decision, subject only to a lawful proportionate charge for service already supplied at your express request. The refund uses the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and will not incur a refund fee.

Sessions within the cancellation period
If you expressly request coaching to begin during the 14-day period, and then cancel after it has started, you may owe a proportionate amount for what has already been supplied. You lose the statutory right to cancel a service once it has been fully performed only if you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged beforehand that the right would then end. Booking alone does not remove that right.

Privacy and confidentiality
Patrick keeps his own written coaching notes and deletes them six months after your last coaching session. Sessions are not routinely recorded or AI-transcribed. Information is treated confidentially, subject to legal requirements and necessary disclosures to protect someone from serious harm. The Privacy Notice explains providers, data use, retention and your rights.

Concerns and complaints
If something is wrong, email patrick@patrickoriordan.co.uk with your booking details and the issue you want resolved, or use the business address above. Patrick will review your concern and discuss an appropriate resolution. Your statutory rights, including rights relating to reasonable care and skill, remain unaffected. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections or any right to bring a claim in the courts available to you where you live.
